Enhancement of the Mediterranean Cuisine Module

We broadened our Mediterranean cooking unit to incorporate advanced techniques for selecting olive oil, traditional fermentation methods, and regional spice blends. The revised curriculum now includes eight Mediterranean nations with hands-on practice that emphasizes authentic preparation methods developed over generations.

Our learning management system has been substantially enhanced with interactive recipe calculators, improved video controls for technique review, and progress-tracking tools.
